The Awards have attracted over 200 entries each year since their inception and have been established to elevate arts and culture in the region and for the education and enjoyment of all those who visit and live in the Mandurah community.

STRETCH FESTIVAL- CITY OF MANDURAH
Professional artists, local groups, schools and the wider community contribute to the festival’s program with many events taking place outdoors on the Eastern Foreshore and in Mandjar Square as well as at a range of indoor venues including the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre.

Brad Rimmer is a Perth based photographer and has received the City of Perth Photo Image Award 3 times and was a recipient of a 1997 Santa Fe Assignment Earth Prize for Photography in the USA. Brad's photography is carefully constructed so that the seemingly straight forward documentation of places and people produces images which border on the surreal. Special event: meet the Artists in the gallery Sunday 2pm 2 May.
