A poetry group with a difference. This informal group of wannabe wordsmiths will show you how to create poems to be proud of.

This is a kindness project inspired by 1000 Hearts. We’re bringing together a group of people, all of whom want to sew hearts to give to others.

The Mez Arts Space, proudly supported by Community Bank Halls Head, is a welcoming and inclusive space where creativity and well-being meet. Open to people of all ages, The Mez provides a safe place for anyone using art to support their mental health, personal growth, and sense of connection.
By working closely with local community groups, The Mez fosters a supportive environment where participants can explore creativity, reduce stress, and build resilience.
