Over the school holidays in January 2025, we created a photography workshop with local tutor and studio owner Amanda Harrington .

11 young people attend from across Mandurah. They developed skills and deeper understanding of photography basics and learnt editing skills using ipads and mobile devices.

The group created some creative and interesting work and all of them showed an interest in developing their skills further moving forward.

We’d love to explore the possibility of creating a youth camera club where young people meet on a fortnightly basis to deepen their knowledge and understanding of working with cameras.
