From Beatlemania to Rollermania

Following the success of the original production, Glenn Starr and his band return with an all-new Britishmania, taking audiences on a musical journey through some of the biggest British artists and songs of the 1960s and 70s.

From Beatlemania to Rollermania, the new show expands the musical journey with more hits from The Beatles, The Searchers, Gerry & The Pacemakers, The Rolling Stones and Elton John, alongside new artists brought into the Britishmania mix — including Rod Stewart, Queen and Dire Straits.

At the heart of the new production is an extended special tribute to the Bay City Rollers, celebrating the Scottish pop sensation whose explosion of tartan, teenage hysteria and chart success created the phenomenon known as Rollermania.

This special section of the show pays tribute to the Rollers and their biggest hits, making Britishmania the only dedicated Rollermania tribute show in Australia.

From the early days of Beatlemania and the Merseybeat sound, through the rock and pop revolution that followed, Britishmania captures the changing sound of British music and the artists who made an impact around the world.

With Glenn Starr on vocals, a talented live band, dynamic visuals and a setlist spanning more than a decade of British music, the new Britishmania is packed with familiar favourites, unexpected additions and plenty of opportunities to sing along.

The Beatles. The Searchers. Gerry & The Pacemakers. The Rolling Stones. Elton John. Rod Stewart. Queen. Dire Straits. The Bay City Rollers.

One stage. One show. And a journey from Beatlemania to Rollermania.
