Hugged by Nature is a captivating photography exhibition showcasing the intimate and awe-inspiring beauty of our local wildlife. Each image is a window into the untamed world that surrounds us—a world that hums with life, balance, and quiet wonder.

Local photographer Jesse Steele has amassed an astounding array of detailed, personal portraits of the natural beauty that surrounds us.  For the last 12 years she’s sat and observed, listened, waited and watched. Her exhibition captures creatures in their natural habitat, from the grace of the Osprey to the playful personality of the Pelican and the dance of Dolphins across the estuary waves.

Whether you’re a nature lover, photography enthusiast, or simply seeking a moment of connection, Hugged by Nature offers a reminder of the beauty just beyond our doorsteps—and why it’s worth protecting.
