Full Time Position

Mandurah Performing Arts Centre is looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Box Office Supervisor to join their team.

Box Office Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the daily operations of the Box Office, including the VivaTicket Ticketing System, ensuring compliance and efficiency in accordance with ManPAC Operational Policy and Procedures.

The duties of the role include ensuring that all cash transactions, procedures and security arrangements are conducted in accordance with the Centre’s Policy.

This role will be responsible for accurately maintaining an up to date and categorised customer database in order to ensure that the marketing needs for the tracking of the demographic and usage patterns of the Patrons of the Centre are met.

The successful applicant will thrive in a time-critical, customer-focussed environment and will report to the Venue Services Manager to ensure the efficient and cost-effective delivery of ManPAC Box Office operations.

Excellent skills in administration, time management, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage your own work load in order to meet deadlines are essential. A strong interest in the arts sector will be beneficial.

This is a full-time position (38 hours per week) and some work outside business hours will be required. Salary will be negotiable based on skills and experience.
