It's time to dress up and parade at Mandurah Performing Arts Centre!!

A carnival of colour, costume, music and fun. Arrive at ManPAC at 10am in your costume or create a new look, make an instrument and accessories before we parade at 12.30pm with WASamba in a whirlwind of colour, music, dance and fun!

Join us for Crunch&Sip food demos and tastings during the day, arts and craft activities with Anglicare, and photo fun with Enchanted Stiltwalkers at Mandurah Performing Arts Centre.

FREE EVENT for the whole family.
