CRAZY DAYS AND LAZY DAYS
A young cast of musical theatre graduates bring us songs to stir the blood and make mayhem, together with songs to dream away a sunny afternoon.
WAAPA Graduate Hayley Currie, accompanied by Craig Skelton, brings us dramatic, comic and tender songs from classic musical theatre from the 1930s through to the 1970s, such as Cole Porter’s You’re the Top from ANYTHING GOES, Stephen Sondheim’s Another Hundred People From COMPANY.
Composers like Rodgers and Hammerstein and Leonard Bernstein knew how to make young hearts beat faster with numbers such as Gonna Wash That Man Right Outta My Hair from SOUTH PACIFIC and I Feel Pretty from WEST SIDE STORY.
THEATRE 180 celebrates a vibrant young cast, both inspired by the greats of the past and excited about the world of new musicals that is arising internationally after lockdown.
Complimentary Morning Tea from 10am.
