BLOOM – Art That Makes Us Grow

The Mez Arts Space at ManPAC came alive with colour and creativity during the opening of BLOOM — an uplifting exhibition by Lucy Gray’s Homeschool Art Students.

It was a joyful morning filled with laughter and pride as young artists, aged 8–16, spotted their own artworks displayed on the walls. The vibrant colours, giggles of excitement, and sense of achievement created an atmosphere of pure happiness throughout the gallery.

BLOOM features a stunning collection of works exploring mindfulness, well-being, and creative expression — from gestural acrylics inspired by Banksia woodlands to vibrant Matisse-style collages in the “Growing Gardens” series. Each piece reflects the individuality and imagination of its young creator.

Congratulations to the talented students, and to Lucy Gray for guiding and curating such a beautiful and inspiring showcase.

Proudly supported by Community Bank Halls Head and Art of Wellbeing Mandurah.
